Parents - Final Forms/Physicals

We still have multiple players missing information in Final Forms. Please log in today to identify what must be completed.
Final Forms – Due 8/1
MUST complete prior to Saturday August 1. Be sure to select football as your sport.
This includes: parent portion, player portion, and physical (fees are not due until week of first game.). Instructions can be found here: https://www.bishopwatterson.com/athletics/final-forms/
Physicals
Can be done at your primary care physician or at a minute clinic (or something similar). This must be turned in to Coach Kennedy or the AD office prior to August 1.
Update – Freshmen physicals can be turned in to Coach O’Reilly or Coach Kennedy office.*
